2.2 Third-Party Analytics Services

The Application uses Firebase Analytics (by Google LLC) to understand how users interact with the app. This helps us improve user experience and app functionality. Analytics data is collected in an aggregated and non-identifiable form therefore Individual user data cannot be accessed, corrected, or deleted. Opting out of analytics tracking is not possible if you wish to use the app, as analytics are necessary for app operation and improvement.

2.3 Advertising Services

We use Google AdMob, a third-party advertising service provided by Google LLC, to display ads in our application. You can change your ad preferences (personalized vs. non-personalized) at any time via your device's settings.

2.4 Remote Configuration Services

We use Firebase Remote Config, a service by Google LLC, to remotely update and adjust certain features, content and settings in our app. This allows us to improve your experience and deliver new options without requiring you to download a new version. Remote Config may collect basic device and app usage information but does not use this data to personally identify you or for advertising purposes.

2.5 Third-Party Services Details

Our Application integrates several third-party services to provide functionality, analytics, and advertising. Here is detailed information about each service and how it processes your data:

• 2.5.1 Firebase Analytics (Google LLC)

  • Purpose: App performance monitoring, feature usage tracking, and user behavior analysis
  • Data Collected:
    • Device Information: Device model, operating system, language, device identifiers.
    • App Usage Statistics: Session duration, screens viewed, features used.
    • Approximate Location: Typically based on IP address (country and city level).
    • Crash Reports and Error Logs: Firebase Crashlytics (integrated with Firebase Analytics) captures crashes and app errors.
    • Application Performance Metrics: Load times, responsiveness, app startup time, etc.
    • Events and User Interactions: Button clicks, screen transitions, custom events.
    • User Engagement Metrics: Active users, retention, frequency of use, daily/monthly active users.
    • IP Address: Used for geolocation, security purposes, and fraud prevention
  • Data Processing: All data is processed in an anonymous format and cannot be used to identify individual Users
  • Data Retention: Google retains Firebase Analytics data for 14 months by default
  • Privacy Practices: Data is processed according to Firebase Privacy Policy
  • Opt-out Options: Upon first use of the app, you will be asked to provide consent for analytics tracking. If you consent, analytics will be enabled and are required for continued use of the app. Please note that once consent is given, analytics tracking cannot be disabled. If you choose to withdraw your consent at any time, you will no longer be able to continue using the app. The data collected will be used solely for app operation and improvement purposes. We do not sell or use individual user data for unsolicited marketing.

• 2.5.2 Firebase Remote Config (Google LLC)

  • Purpose: Allows us to remotely update and configure certain app features and content without requiring users to download a new version of the app.

    • Personalized Ads and Consent Withdrawal: If you choose to withdraw your consent for personalized ads, you will continue to see ads, but they will be non-personalized. This means that the ads shown to you will not be based on your interests, app usage, or behavior. Please note that, even after opting out of personalized ads, certain basic information—such as your device's Advertising ID and general location (e.g., city or region, based on your IP address)—will still be collected by our advertising partner (AdMob) for essential purposes, including ad delivery, frequency capping, security, and fraud prevention. However, this information will not be used to build a profile about you or to serve targeted ads. This is a standard practice for most ad-supported applications.
